3M™ Membrane Switch Spacer 7945MP is a versatile solution engineered for demanding applications in membrane switch assemblies. The adhesive is applied at 2.0 mils to each side of a 1.0 mil polyester film carrier, providing structural strength while minimizing oozing at the edges for precise slitting and die-cutting. Its double PCK paper liners resist humidity, curling, tunneling, and buckling, enhancing dimensional stability and facilitating efficient storage and processing.

This spacer is ideal for various applications including membrane switch spacers, switch mounting, circuit layer assembly, metal dome placement, lead protection, and die-cut laminations.

Constructed with a 2.0 mil high-performance acrylic adhesive coated on each side of a 1.0 mil polyester film carrier, and double-linered with a 4.2 mil, 58 lb. moisture-resistant PCK paper, this spacer provides excellent temperature resistance (up to 400⁰F/204⁰C short-term heat resistance), solvents, and UV resistance.
