3M™ Double Coated Tape 93015LE is a versatile solution featuring a polyester film carrier that enhances dimensional stability during handling, particularly in slitting and die-cutting processes. Its adhesive offers an excellent bond to low surface energy substrates like powder coatings and polypropylene, as well as high adhesion to metals and high surface energy materials, making it suitable for bonding dissimilar substrates.

This double-coated tape provides market-leading performance for applications requiring premium bonding, with good resistance to chemicals, humidity, and moisture. It operates effectively across a wide temperature range from -40ºF/-40ºC to 300ºF/148ºC, with bond strength increasing over time and temperature. Supplied on a tan 58 lb. polycoated kraft paper liner, it facilitates die-cutting and converting operations, with the polyester carrier ensuring easier handling.

this tape is manufactured using a solventless process and meets UL746C standards. It finds application across various industries, including consumer electronics, industrial electronics, automotive, appliances, medical equipment fabrication, and general industrial applications.
