P-80® Emulsion Temporary Assembly Lubricant is a biodegradable assembly aide that eases installation of tight-fitting rubber and plastic parts by reducing the force needed for insertion. Once assembly is complete, the lubricant dries and the part returns to its original condition. P-80 Temporary Assembly Lubricants can be applied manually or automatically, by dip, brush, or spray techniques.

P-80 Emulsion Temporary Assembly Lubricant is used to install hoses, o-rings, seals, bushings, gaskets, grommets, grips, and many other rubber and plastic parts. Use P-80 Emulsion when a thin film of lubricant is desired.

Typical viscosity of P-80 Emulsion: 110 cps at 25° C

P-80® Emulsion for Incidental Food Contact (IFC) is a biodegradable temporary assembly lubricant that eases installation of tight-fitting rubber and plastic parts by reducing the force needed for assembly. Once assembly is complete, the lubricant dries and the part returns to its original condition. P-80 Emulsion IFC can be applied manually or automatically, by dip, brush, or spray techniques. Use P-80 Emulsion IFC in incidental food contact applications when a thin film of lubricant is desired.

P-80 Emulsion IFC Temporary Assembly Lubricant is used to install pump seals, hoses, o-rings, bushings, gaskets, grommets, grips, and many other rubber and plastic parts.

P-80 Emulsion IFC meets FDA regulation 21 CFR 178.3570 and is NSF-Registered as an H1 lubricant.
